Challenge Addressed: Financial Management
We created a detailed log to keep track of all transactions, expenses, and sources of revenue. Once the profits are established through the log, an amount of money is set each month to be put away into savings. This will organize the flow of money through the business and set up for the future.
Challenge Addressed: Advertising
So far, we have created a logo (we have several examples and can make new ones if these may not suffice). To achieve our solution, we are following a plan of action for advertising.
Our current plan is to make fliers with logo and general information and set them up in the nearby market, supply customers with business cards with the logo and information, and put up a sign outside of the shop.
Challenge Addressed: Lack of Computer and Other Parts for Shop
