My name is Marc Zavarro and I am a member of the Class of 2022. I am a Freshmen at Western High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I push myself to put my skills and dedication in multiple school clubs and charities. Along with being in multiple charities, I am a nationally represented Debater ranking number 6 in the nation for my category. I have excelled in some of the highest classes offered. In my first year of high school, I am taking AP classes. In 7th grade, I obtained 1110 on my SAT. I would like to follow a career in Political Science in my college future.

My name is Christopher Karle. I live in Ridgefield, Connecticut and will be graduating from Immaculate High School in 2022. I am passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability, so I founded Head2Toe where we donate hand-knitted baby hats to hospitals and community centers to support the health of infants; made adult hats from recycled cloth to improve the wellness of the homeless through the Midnight Run Organization; and recycle gently used shoes to Soles4Souls to outfit people in poverty-stricken areas both domestically and internationally. I received the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education Student Leadership Award for my diplomacy, ability to work with others, willingness to take on challenges, and ability to honor commitments (2018). I am an active member of Lions Heart, a community service based group, where I have earned both the Bronze and Gold President’s Volunteer Service Award for 50 and 100+ hours of service respectively (2017, 2018). I have also been a Peer Mediator for 3 years. Athletically, I am a member of the GMS Rowing Club. Learning to row has taught me perseverance, hard work, and teamwork. I strive to use my knowledge and skills to work collaboratively with my team and our business partner. I am honored to work with the International Business Internship Program and to participate in the International Leadership and Business Summit in order to provide creative solutions to our Nigerian partners

Our Solutions

Solution 1

The first problem they have is getting new or additional customers beside there normal, daily clients. They are looking for a way to grow their business by increasing their advertising.

We decided that a wonderful way for the restaurant to get more customers through advertising would be to create a build board for the restaurant and have it located along popular road in the town.

First we needed to get all the information about the restaurant for the build board. We collaborated on what we thought and what the restaurant owner Deborah thought would be the most important information that should go on the board.

Then we created a design of the build board. We made sure we had all the information included and their logo. We wanted to make sure the end result was as visually appealing as we could make it.

The final step was to send our finished product to the restaurant so they could begin building it in Nigeria.
