Class of 2020

My name is Josie Collier and I am currently a junior at Mira Costa High School. I enjoy spending my free time playing soccer, going to the beach, listening to music, or hanging out with my friends and family.  This year I am enrolled in two Advanced Placement courses including chemistry and US history.

I am the Executive Features Editor on my high school newspaper, La Vista. It is my second year on the paper and I am responsible for editing stories, designing pages, and communicating with staff writers. I have also been on a competitive club soccer team for eight years now, and I have been a part of the Junior Lifeguard Program for the past seven years. Additionally, I am also a member of the National Honor Society.

I am thrilled to be a part of the International Business Internship Program because this is the first time I would of had a direct impact on a business that is located across the world. I would have never thought that a few classmates and I would be working with businesses all around the world and I could not be more excited to begin.
